Communal Support, Real Impact.

We are a peer supervision community for psychedelic facilitators, coaches, and therapists who are committed to practicing with depth, integrity, and most of all, offer the real support this work requires.

The psychedelic space is growing fast. Trainings are proliferating. New facilitators are stepping forward every week — many of them called, many of them gifted, and nearly all of them working without adequate ongoing support.

Without a community that understands this terrain, you are carrying alone what cannot be carried alone. Not just the difficult cases. The weight of not knowing whether what you did was right. The isolation of holding something you cannot talk about with anyone in your ordinary life. The slow drift that happens when no trusted peers are supporting your work.

With Community Supervision, this profound work can be done with the peace of mind of knowing it is being done with the support of your peers.

Why Supervision?

What to Expect.

Case consultation

Bring a real situation — a difficult session, an ethical dilemma, a client whose process you cannot map. We work through it together with care, depth, and multiple perspectives. This is the heart of what we do.

Open Q&A

No question is too basic and no question is too advanced. Technique, boundaries, lineage, legality, ethics, the existential weight of this work — all of it is on the table.

Focused workshops

Sessions on the topics practitioners actually face: screening and contraindications, trauma in altered states, sound as ceremonial tool, crisis response, integration frameworks, scope of practice, and more. Led by Aniko, Otto, or invited guests with real expertise.

Personal process support

A facilitators personal work is separate from the work. Your unresolved material will show up in ceremony, and your nervous system is your instrument. This collective holds space for the personal integration that sustainable facilitation requires, not just your clients' growth, but yours too.

  • NOT A COURSE

You are not a passive student here. You bring your real work, your real questions, your real uncertainty — and we work through it together.

    NOT A LECTURE

Workshops arise from what practitioners on the ground actually need, not a pre-set curriculum designed before you walked in.

    NOT GENERIC THERAPY SUPPORT

This space is built entirely around the specific terrain of psychedelic process — its nuances, its edges, its irreducible strangeness.

    NOT DROP-IN

Trust is built over time. This is a sustained container. Consistent attendance over 6–12 months is how real consultation and community becomes possible.
